**The Role**:
Do you have a keen eye for detail? RS seeks to hire an Office cleaner who will be responsible for keeping the building clean and in an orderly condition, maintaining the highest standards.

**What you’ll be working on**:

- Perform general cleanup duties throughout all office facilities
- Clean and disinfect all surface areas, including bathrooms, kitchen, workspaces, and board room
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, and advice when stocks are below threshold
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Empty wastepaper and recycling baskets, disposal units and remove all waste to a designed area
- Operate hand or power cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and mop all assigned areas
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
- Replenish supply of amenities such as: toilet paper, paper towel, soap, hand sanitizer, etc.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in an office cleaner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks within tight timelines.
- Verbal communication skills with ability to understand and execute instructions.
- Written communication skills with the ability to complete documents such as logs and reports clearly and concisely.
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Good understanding of safety regulations
- Satisfactory Criminal record check
- Integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness to be left to work independently
- Adaptability and flexibility to focus on whatever task is most important at any given time
- Physical agility is required
