**What You Will Do**:
As a Building Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Removing debris, emptying garbage and cigarette receptacles
- Vacuuming all carpeted areas
- Sweeping and washing floors as needed
- Cleaning glass surfaces at entrances and doors
- Sanitizing restrooms including sinks, counters, toilets, and floors
- Washing walls as required
- Maintaining exterior entrances, including clearing debris from walkways, paths, and parking lots
- Reporting maintenance issues to the Supervisor

**What You Will Bring**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in office or commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and proper use of PPE
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning, prioritization, and execution abilities
- Availability to work evening shifts
