VIBRANT Ideation & Marketing is a brand experience agency building brands across North America since 2006. Our agency vision aligns strategy and creative to ensure we create strong and meaningful relationships between brands and people. We are currently seeking a Vice President, Production & Fabrication (specializing in immersive experiences) based in our Toronto, or Montreal Office to support our growth.
The Vice President, of Experiential Production & Fabrication, will be managing the entirety of our Production & Fabrication business unit at VIBRANT. We are seeking a dynamic leader who is passionate about getting involved in the day-to-day management of a business unit and leads high-performing teams of fabricators & quality control.
Innovative and creative design, production and fabrication that specializes in the creation and development of immersive experiential experiences. Collaborating with various stakeholders to produce best-in-class environments, for events, tours, retail, festivals, trade shows, and much more.
**Responsibilities include**:
Management of quality control
Managing the business unit, P&L, budgeting
Direct, organize and coordinate teams to prioritize project delivery
Lead production and fabrication practices and standards
Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest standards and in compliance with the company
Collaborate and act as the liaison between various management levels and employees regarding communication, decision making and projects
Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
Stay abreast of new industry-leading best practices
Develop, monitor, and continuously evolve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as established for each operational unit
Perform other duties as assigned
**Required experience & qualifications**:
Business degree in business management or similar
15+ years of people management and production & fabrication experience within event production, digital and immersive experience
Strong ability to drive growth through a product management structure in a fast-paced, growth-orientated business
Project management experience, Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodology
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven track record of delivering results, and leading high-performing teams
Excellent problem-solving skills and solution focused
Existing and extensive network with trade and technology companies
Experience with experiential production & fabrication, building immersive experiences both physically, and with technology
Entrepreneurial minded
Bilingual is an asset in French and English
