**Summary**
As an Assistant Sales Manager at Leon's Furniture, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and enhancing customer experiences. Located in our various retail locations across Canada, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service while driving sales growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily operations of the sales department.
- Support and mentor sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with merchandising strategies.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall store performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in retail sales or management roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems and sales reporting tools.
- Bilingualism is an asset but not required.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Pay: $36,934.10-$70,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
