The Collaboration Services Technology team at Fitch Ratings is seeking an experienced Senior Collaboration Engineer to join their dynamic environment, based out of their New York office (remote option available).

This team plays a key role in shaping the Modern Workplace strategy, focused on enhancing the day-to-day work experience for all Fitch employees. SharePoint and other collaboration technologies are central to enabling secure and efficient work across the organization.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Fitch’s M365 SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments
- Collaborate within a team responsible for the engineering, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 core services: SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Azure/Entra AD
- Lead the migration of legacy and distributed file share systems into SharePoint Online
- Implement and manage AvePoint governance and provisioning solutions for SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 7-10 years of overall IT experience with a strong background in SharePoint administration and engineering
- Minimum of 5 years working with Microsoft 365 environments in engineering/support roles
- Proficient in Active Directory, Azure/Entra AD, and Microsoft security frameworks
- Strong team player with a user-focused mindset

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Prior implementation and administration of AvePoint Cloud Governance and policy management
- Experience in a regulated industry environment

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
