We are looking for an enthusiastic, team orientated individual to join Sword Security for our **Seasonal - Casual Event Staff position** Sword are a leading global supplier of event staffing and crowd management services across multiple locations including, Limerick, Dublin, London, Cardiff and Toronto. We are looking for Event Staff to join our growing team in Toronto.

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping others. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, answering questions, ticket scanning, assisting with directions, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

**Requirements**:
1) Have strong communication skills

2) Must be willing to work as part of the team.

3) Ability to be on your feet for an extended period.

4) Full flexibility for days, nights and weekend work.

5) Customer service experience required

6) The ability to smile
