**Overview**:
**Duties**:
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both the pharmacist and the front-store operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the pharmacist with preparing prescriptions, labeling medications, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and helping customers locate products.
- Managing inventory, stocking shelves, and organizing store displays.
- Ensuring the pharmacy and front store areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Handling transactions and maintaining accurate cash register operations.
- Following all safety and confidentiality protocols in compliance with regulations.

**Educational Background**
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a pharmacy assistant certificate or diploma program (optional but preferred).

**Skills and Competencies**
- **Pharmacy-Specific Skills**:

- Basic understanding of medications, prescriptions, and pharmacy operations.
- Ability to use pharmacy software and handle prescription processing.
- **Customer Service**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is an asset, but not required.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
- **Attitude**: A team player with a customer-focused mindset and a willingness to learn.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
