Sales Assistant/store Manager

**STORE MANAGER**

**Duties include but are not limited to**:
**Assisting in the daily management of the store including scheduling, scheduling and scheduling, sales goals, inventory management, purchasing, etc.**
- Leading a team of employees
- Ensuring that staff members are properly trained and are properly using company policies and procedures
- Ensuring that all staff members are complying with company policies and procedures
- Providing feedback on staff performance to management
- Assisting in the training of staff members
- Overseeing the opening and closing of the store
- Ensuring that all safety procedures are being followed at all times
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- No experience necessary but customer service is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (high volume)
- Strong leadership qualities (required)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mont-royal, QC H4P 1J3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
