**About the Opportunity**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out general farm duties with mínimal supervisor, with goals laid out by the Agronomy Manager
- Prepare and operate farming equipment during seeding, spraying, field demonstrations, and harvest
- Perform basic inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and routine maintenance of farm vehicles, implements and machinery
- Assist with the development of New Product Design and Function by working closely with engineers and the R&D team to test and provide feedback
- Assist in putting in and maintaining field scale plots to ensure quality data is obtained

**About You**:
Qualifications include:

- Must be able to operate Bourgault equipment, tractors and other farming equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 1A driver’s license is an asset
- Ability to work in a team environment, but at many times in a self-directed, self-motivated environment with mínimal supervision
- Contributes to improvements for the benefit of the department, as well as the customer and the company as a whole
