**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for both clients and their pets.

**Duties**
- Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including updating medical histories and treatment plans.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Assist veterinary staff with laboratory tasks as needed, including preparing samples for testing.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide support during emergencies by coordinating communication between clients and veterinary staff.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Experience in laboratory settings or handling laboratory samples is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a passion for animal care and welfare.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
