**Position Summary**:
AGDATA, LP, the preeminent provider of analytical information and business intelligence solutions to global participants in the agriculture industry, is seeking a Entry-Level Project Manager for its Charlotte NC office. This is a full-time position. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the organization by driving projects and strategy as the company continues to experience success and growth. You will be responsible for setting the framework and evolving projects within the company from concept to launch.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The individual in this role will play a critical part in managing and developing business plans for internal and external projects. You can expect to:
- Oversee routine projects following a standard service delivery project plan
- Organize and track all project work activities in JIRA, ensuring all work is assigned to the appropriate resource
- Participate in scrum ceremonies, daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain project status in Confluence and appropriate documentation, tracking changes to the baseline plans
- Confer with project team members to create, control, and maintain project plans for all activities related to the project
- Coordinate with the product owner and business analyst to ensure work is properly broken down into actionable stories.
- Escalate issues as needed to resolve roadblocks for the project team
- Serve as point of contact coordinating project delivery with external clients
- Provide regular project updates to sponsors and leadership
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years project management experience
- 2 years of technology experience
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
- Jira Plan experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal skills with ability to make effective presentations to internal stakeholders.
