**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Interpret blueprints and architectural drawings to determine project specifications.
- Construct frameworks for buildings using wood, steel, or other materials.
- Utilize hand tools such as saws, hammers, and drills to cut and shape materials.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing as required by specific projects.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including drywall installers and welders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged framing elements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Framer or Carpenter in the construction industry.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong skills in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to framing.
- Experience with concrete forming and finishing is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.
- Must have all certifications

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
