Kinesis Medical Centre is a specialty medical clinic in Calgary composed of a group of 16 Physiatrists. Our core purpose is to restore function and quality of life in patients with musculoskeletal and peripheral nerve disorders.

We currently have an opening for a full-time medical Incoming referrals MOA.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and process incoming referrals promptly, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Organize and maintain patient files, ensuring easy access to information for medical staff.
- Analyze referral data to identify trends and improve processes within the office.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth communication regarding patient referrals.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Proficient in legal drafting and writing, with attention to detail in documentation.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to support decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus but not required.

**What you will bring**:
Medical Office Administration education or equivalent work-related experience, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational skills
- Previous medical office experience is required.
- Must understand HIA & Confidentiality.
- Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records required
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Collaborate as an active participant with others in assisting with the delivery of care to patients
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently.
