We are currently seeking a passionate **Administrative In-Store Assistant (part-time) **for our **Jardin de Ville store located in Ottawa. **If you appreciate style and are talented in the field of administration and customer service, you should not miss this opportunity

You are the right person for this position if you thrive doing these tasks:

- Greeting customers and responding to questions and inquiries;
- Interacting with customers, in a professional manner and going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction;
- Coordinating and managing the reception desk;
- Being a team player and assuring administrative support to the Sales team (i.e. prepares quotes and sales contracts, take payments, prepare transfers of inventory, etc.).
- Assisting the Showroom Manager in his daily tasks.

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following skills:

- **Strong customer service skills;**:

- **A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role**;
- You demonstrate good verbal and written skills
- You are bilingual (English & French);
- **You know how to manage priorities;**:

- **You are motivated and enjoy working in a team environment;**:

- At ease with inventory operating systems and good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
- You have initiative, versatility, organization, and diplomacy.
