Le rôle principal du Conseiller à l’implantation - Gestion des ressources financières et/ou matérielles consiste à mener à terme des projets liés à l’intégration de nos progiciels en clientèle. Vous serez non seulement en charge de la formation des utilisateurs mais aussi de la préparation des synopsis de cours ainsi que de la création des guides de formation et d’implantation.

Plus spécifiquement, il doit:

- Mener à terme des projets liés à l’intégration de nos progiciels en clientèle
- En charge de la formation des utilisateurs mais aussi de la préparation des synopsis de cours ainsi que de la création des guides de formation et d’implantation.
- Guider le client dans l’optimisation de l’utilisation du progiciel;
- Rédiger et réviser les plans de formation, guides de formation ou toute autre documentation pertinente
- Vous serez en télétravail et vous aurez parfois à vous déplacer en clientèle à travers le Québec.- PROFIL RECHERCHÉ:
- Baccalauréat, Diplôme d'Études Collégiales en administration, comptabilité ou en approvisionnement ou toutes autres expériences jugées équivalentes;- Deux (2) ans d’expérience en approvisionnement ou en comptabilité ou en service à la clientèle ou formation- Bilinguisme (Anglais, Français), car nous avons des clients au Québec, dans le reste du Canada et dans le monde.- Capacité à faire preuve de patience et de diplomatie;- Faire preuve d'initiative et de leadership;- Capacité à travailler en équipe;- Bonnes connaissances des environnements Windows et des logiciels de la suite de Microsoft Office;- Être en mesure de mener plusieurs activités simultanément- Atouts:
- Expérience de travail dans le réseau de la santé;- Expérience dans l’industrie de la santé ou organismes publics/parapublic ou de services;-
