ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Summary:
The OTG Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the beverage program and implementing high quality products and services for customers and Crewmembers. This individual works with the Airport/Regional Operations teams to create and implement these programs. The Beverage Manager will also be required to manage the P&L for multiple outlets within the Terminal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Focus on all property beverage related items of liquor, beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic including: product and quality assurance, strategic concept alignment, bar set up standards, management, and line staff training,
- Lead and oversee the Beverage Operational processes: checklists, training, onboarding, set up and closing, service standards
- Partner with Beverage Development and Director of Beverage Procurement to implement the on-site strategy including product mapping, and point of sales systems
- Partner with our 'Below Wing'/Inventory and Procurement teams to ensure proper requisitioning of products to each unit, inventory movement, and reduction in variances
- Manage beverage inventory process and cycle counting, weekly and monthly
- Implement processes to maintain cleanliness, Q&A standards, and compliance
- Focus on P&L measurables including sales mix, profit & loss, cost of goods, and budgets to deliver KPI's
- Partner with Discovery for the onboarding of management and hourly staff on above processes and plans
- Manage daily operational business and fill gaps as needed
- Participate in daily product, program, iPad audits, and facility quality reviews and checks
- Reports to VP Airport/Regional Operations with dotted line to Beverage Development

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of operations and beverage program managerial experience in multi-unit establishment
- Strong operational background in high-volume businesses and restaurant experience
- Proficient knowledge of P&L, budgeting and forecasting
- Commitment to service of others, crew, co-workers, and management
- Demonstrated dependability, personal drive and leadership; the ability to lead by example
- High level of integrity, work ethic, passion, and commitment to OTG values
- Ability to train, delegate, coach, and aid in the development of crewmembers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a wide range of audiences including customers, front line managers and C-level leaders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, days, and holidays
- Ability to clear background check for OTG and Airport badge
