Sage Intacct Construction Implementation Specialist (Internal Role - Alberta)

We are growing and seeking a take-charge, self-motivated, entrepreneurial Sage Intacct Construction Implementor Specialist to join our Implementation Team. This role requires someone who is highly structured, accountable, skilled in process implementation, and exceptional in communication and customer engagement.

This is a mid-level to senior construction implementation role with expectations of strong configuration skills, disciplined process adherence, and consistent use of CRM and Asyma’s internal project methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project manager to implement end-to-end Sage Intacct Construction, including design, configuration, setup, testing, training, and go-live support. Including:

- Translating construction workflows (job costing, project financials, AP/AR, purchasing, payroll, commitments) into system configuration and integrated processes.
- Conducting process analysis and mapping to redesign customer workflows to align with best practices.
- Meeting with customers to understand business requirements, define project scope, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and operational improvements.
- Maintain accurate project updates and communication logs and tasks
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, communicate proactively to the project manager, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Produce clear technical and functional documentation to support project planning and delivery using Asyma’s templates.
- Follow Asyma’s standardized project methodology, documentation standards, and approvals process.
- Engage closely with consultants, project managers, and 3rd party vendors to resolve issues and advance project milestones.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Provide customer-focused support, training, and guidance to ensure successful adoption and long-term satisfaction.
- Uphold Asyma’s values and standards for service excellence and consistent communication.
- Support pre-sales activities through discovery participation, solution design input, and proposal support.
- Work with sales to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment from sales to implementation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
- Sage Intacct & Sage Intacct Construction certification.
- Experience in construction financial management, project accounting, or construction operations.
- Minimum 3 years of ERP or financial systems implementation experience.
- Strong business and construction acumen with analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow structured processes and consistently utilize Asyma’s project management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and a service-minded approach.
- Professional presentation and the ability to engage confidently with financial leaders, project managers, and construction executives.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

**Education**:
