We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Automotive Business Manager** to join our leadership team and help us continue delivering top-tier service to our customers

**Position Summary**
As the Automotive Business Manager, you will oversee financial and insurance (F&I) operations within the dealership. You will work closely with the sales team and customers to structure vehicle financing, present warranty and protection packages, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of the dealership’s F&I department, including financing, leasing, warranties, and protection products
- Work directly with customers to secure financing and explain terms clearly and professionally
- Negotiate with lenders to obtain the best financing terms for customers
- Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, provincial, and manufacturer requirements
- Train and support sales staff in understanding and presenting F&I products
- Track and report department performance metrics to management
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance partners
- Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information securely

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Manager or in automotive F&I
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, lending practices, and provincial regulations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
- Proficiency in dealership management software (e.g., Quorum, Reynolds & Reynolds) is an asset
- OMVIC Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
