**YOU WILL HAVE 80-120 LEADS DAILY**
You will have **80-120 leads per day**, consistently. These are high-intent residential water treatment leads generated from plumbing jobs, HVAC jobs, appliance service calls, technician-collected water samples inside homes, outbound activity, Google Ads, and in-house marketing. Other companies don’t see this kind of volume in a week. **Your role is to manage and convert this generous volume of leads.** Execution is the job.
**ACCESS TO REAL SUPPORT AND BACKUP**
You will not be selling water purification in isolation. You will have access to **HVAC technicians, plumbers, and appliance technicians across the province**, all under the same group. If you want to package a **water softener with a free plumbing service**, you can. If water quality ties into **HVAC issues**, you can bring in the HVAC department. If appliances are affected by scale or water conditions, appliance technicians are available to support the sale. **You have the support of In-house marketing team**, sales support, technical support, manufacturer access, engineering, and senior management are all available to help you close and deliver.
**ARE YOU THAT PERSON WHO CAN DO IT?**
You should already know this industry. You must have **direct experience in water purification sales and sales management** and have done this job before. If your résumé is random, generic, or does not clearly show water purification and in-home sales experience, **do not apply**. This role is for someone who can handle **tens of thousands of leads**, sell personally when needed, manage salespeople, and convert at scale. This is not a training role. **Salary is $60,000, with commission discussed face-to-face.**
