**Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager, provide marketing administrative support and coordinate creative assets to develop and implement marketing plans, budgets, and campaigns for MNP LTD
- Communicate and interact with key insolvency and marketing stakeholders to assist with the execution of marketing plans
- Collaborate to develop marketing briefs for digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- Coordinate the creation and update of marketing creatives and campaign materials utilizing our project management system
- Work with MNP’s national and regional marketing teams to provide support for Insolvency marketing campaigns, events, and special projects
- Develop and execute the MNP LTD Content Marketing Plan which includes the production of Insolvency content marketing (collateral, blogs, articles, infographics, videos, testimonials, webinars, social media posts, podcasts and additional content)
- Update and maintain the team project log, project management system, and the content and social media calendar
- Coordinate, schedule, post, and promote engaging content on all MNP LTD social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube X, Reddit, and LinkedIn
- Create, monitor, and report on social media campaigns; including boosted posts and contests
- Provide support to stakeholders on social media and Google Business Profile’s across the country
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and compile performance reporting and tracking for marketing plans and campaigns
- Receive, maintain, and update all Insolvency office data and website personnel updates
- Ensure that all projects are on budget and all invoicing is complete and accurate
- Assist in the development of market research and competitive analysis
- Source secondary research applicable to Consumer and Corporate Insolvency as required
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

**Skills and Experience**
- Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or business
- 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The following would be considered an asset:

- Experience in a related industry such as insolvency, credit counselling, banking or finance
- Ability to speak French and English (written and oral)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience in digital, content, and social media marketing, specifically Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit and Google Posts
