Our Personal Lines team is on the lookout for a dynamic individual with a strong background in customer service to join us as a Junior Customer Service Representative, Personal Lines. So, if you’re passionate about helping people, excited to provide top-notch service, and eager to start your journey in the insurance industry, we want you on our team
This role offers you the chance to manage a portfolio of clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships. You'll handle account servicing by processing policy changes and offering claims advice ensuring high client retention.
What will you do?
- Provide timely professional advice to clients for renewal claims, billing, etc.
- Process all policy changes/requests to ensure accurate and timely responses.
- Underwrite all renewals thoroughly - responsible for retention.
- Managing a client book of business.
- Review client’s overall insurance needs and refer to other departments as appropriate.
- Process month end reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
- Eagerness to obtain your RIBO license before joining, with our full support.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- High level of computer skills, and knowledge.
