**About the Role**:
As a Customer Service / Direct Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners, introducing them to our industry-leading products and promotions. Your goal is to assess the condition of homeowners Gutters/Windows/Doors to generate qualified leads and schedule free, no-obligation consultations with our in-house specialists.

**In this role, you will**:

- Engage directly with homeowners in the field
- Educate clients on our services and assess the condition of their gutters, windows, and doors
- Promote current offers and explain how our solutions can benefit their home
- Schedule follow-up consultations with our expert installation team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to our office
- Secondary school diploma (preferred)
