**Summary**

As a Landscape Construction Foreman (Crew Lead) at Newport Landscaping, you will lead a crew of (2-4) skilled landscapers in executing various landscaping projects. This role is essential in ensuring that our work meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to our mission of excellence.

**Responsibilities**

  • Work alongside and oversee daily landscaping operations and manage a crew of landscapers.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and to company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and safety.
  • Train and mentor team members on landscaping techniques and best practices.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
  • Coordinate with management on inventory and equipment for landscaping tasks.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in landscape construction, maintenance or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a crew effectively.
  • Knowledge of garden care techniques is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and crew members.
  • Experience in building landscape features is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
