Landscape Construction Foreman

**Summary**

As a **Landscape Construction Foreman (Crew Lead)**, you will lead and work hands-on with a crew of 2-4 team members on residential and commercial projects. You’re responsible for executing work to the highest standards, managing timelines, and maintaining site safety and productivity.

**Key Duties**
- Supervise and work with a landscape construction crew
- Read and implement blueprints and site plans
- Oversee all phases of construction:

- Interlock, grading, excavation
- Retaining walls, armour stone, softscape, minor carpentry
- Operate and train others on machinery: skid steer, mini ex, tamper, saws, laser level
- Coordinate materials, manage equipment, and ensure site safety
- Communicate with clients and management to meet expectations

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years in landscape construction (2+ years in leadership)
- Strong skills in hardscape and softscape installation
- Able to read plans and manage crews effectively
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- Physically fit (lift 50 lbs), comfortable working in all conditions
- Valid Ontario G-Class driver’s license + clean 3-year abstract (required)
- Confident operating truck and trailer
- Own CSA-approved steel-toed boots and PPE
- Reliable transportation to our **Vineland yard**
