Join Our Team as a Class One Driver - Be a Part of Our Innovative Truss Plant Journey

We are a locally owned group of companies with a rich history in the building supply market. Excitingly, we're launching a leading-edge Truss plant manufacturing facility in Fall River, NS and we're looking for a dedicated Class One Driver to be an integral part of this team.

Your Role: As our Class One Driver, you will play a key role in transporting Roof Trusses from our state-of-the-art Truss plant to various local destinations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Safe and efficient transportation of specialized loads including some oversized.
- Assist in the loading and offloading materials. Operating a boom to offload therefore, prior experience considered an asset.
- Monitoring load security and weight distribution to ensure safe transport.
- Navigating routes efficiently while adhering to delivery schedules, coordinating with the logistics team to report any delays or issues encountered on the road.
- Maintaining accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service and repair status, complying with transportation regulations.
- Providing exceptional service and communication to our clients during deliveries.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and driving laws.
- Monday to Friday work with the possibility of an occasional weekend.
