**Job Overview**:
As a Business Development Director at M1 Agency, you will lead our efforts to cultivate new client relationships and expand our business presence. This role demands a visionary leader with a robust track record in the advertising and marketing sectors. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, crafting strategic proposals, and forging durable connections that align with our ethos of creative excellence and collaborative success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategically expand our client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in alignment with our branding and creative services.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with decision-makers across diverse industries to promote long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and creative, to develop compelling, cohesive proposals that resonate with potential clients.
- Lead contract negotiations and close agreements that contribute to sustained revenue growth and strategic alignment.
- Remain attuned to industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt and inform business strategies.
- Represent M1 Agency at industry events and conferences to enhance business networking and partnership opportunities.
- Provide detailed reports and insights on business development activities and outcomes to the executive team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the advertising, branding, or marketing industry.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape, with a keen sense of emerging trends and technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to lead independently and as a team member.
Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
