Job description
We are seeking a mature, reliable and enthusiastic Baker to join our amazing team at Tim Hortons. As a Baker your responsibilities will include:
- following operational standards for the preparation of product and operation of equipment
- Monitoring refrigerator, freezer and product inventory
- Prepare all products as required including baked goods, donuts, pastries, breads, soups and other hot food items
- Maintain required product levels as per our Always Fresh standards
- Knowledgeable of Food safety including monitoring and documenting equipment temperatures, cleaning and sanitization, safe food handling, production tracking, product shelf life and rotation
- Receiving and storing orders weekly
- supporting the Storefront team to provide an exceptional Guest experience
- other duties as required
- be able to start at 4 am or 12 pm as needed for production
- possess experience in baking or exhibit a keen willingness to learn new skills
- ability to work independently as well as with a team
- possess a valid Food Safe handlers certificate or equivalent (and asset but not required as training is provided)
- be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
- be able to work inside a freezer for short periods of time (to retrieve, stock, count or organize freezer product)

**Salary**: $40,632.00-$62,798.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
