You will be providing window cleaning services as well as a variety of technical access property maintenance jobs, and working with a great team of people eager to help you exceed. Major Areas of Responsibility
- Cleaning high-rise windows using industrial rope access techniques
- Rope Access Maintenance and Construction
- Maintain our COR safety standards
- Completing daily electronic hazard assessments
- Working with customers and your fellow team members in a fun and professional manner
- Have fun while doing it

Primary Objectives:

- Meet overall weekly production goals
- Exterior window cleaning of high-rise buildings
- Work with a great and extremely skilled group of people
- Taking the time to perform work safely and efficiently
- Company wide “kaizen” approach to continual learning

Specific Responsibilities of the Job:

- Rope Access Maintenance:_
- Completing the cleaning of buildings
- Complete work of a verity of construction and maintenance activities which include but are not limited to
- Glazing
- Pressure Washing
- Inspections
- Façade Repair
- Snow and Ice Removal
- Maintaining a tidy work environment
- Maintianing ground level safety zones
- Providing feedback on all levels
- Maintain Safety Standards:_
- Beginning of day electronic hazard assessments
- Incident / deficiency reports if required
- Regular inspection of your equipment
- Tagging out of defective equipment
- Representing RockyView Enterprises:_
- Working with fellow team members in a professional manner
- Understand that safety is there to benefit everyone including the public

Specific Requirements
- A great attitude will take you far
- Window cleaning experience is a great asset and preferred.
- The more experience you have the more you will make, as simple as that
- Looking for current Alberts residents with current work visa.

**Job Types**: Full-time
Contract length: year round work

Pay: $25-$50 per hour or piece work if you would prefer

Expected hours: 40 hours a week

**Benefits**:

- Weekends if needed but rare. You have a life too
