Calgary, Canada Invisible Windows Full time

_As a high-rise technician, you will work outdoors in a stimulating and fast-paced environment, providing quality and timely window cleaning services on some of the most exciting buildings in and around downtown. This work gives you the thrill that comes with rope access work and a great view of the city_

**Major Areas of Responsibility**
- Proactively cleaning high-rise windows using rope access techniques
- Maintain Invisible Windows and OHS safety standards
- Maintaining rope access PPE, gear & equipment
- Contribute to project sheet improvement and documentation of efficiencies found
- Contributing to a growing team
- Interact with customers and team members in a kind/accommodating way
- Attend and contribute to Team Safety meetings

**Primary Objectives**:

- To help the IW team reach their goals & provide clients with top-notch service
- Exterior and Interior window cleaning of high-rise buildings
- To work cohesively with a team
- Routine equipment inspections
- Perform work safely without incidents or complaints.
- Continuous learning and improvement.

**Specific Responsibilities of the Job**:

- High-rise window cleaning:_
- Execute Project Plans at the direction of the commercial supervisor/ team Lead
- Neatly storing of equipment in designated areas onsite or in the office
- Setting up and taking down control zones
- Updating Operations Manager on the progress of projects
- Assist with the planning, idea generation, and execution of projects
- Maintain Safety Standards:_
- Daily hazard assessments
- Regular testing and inspection of equipment for workability/safety
- Tagging out of defective equipment when necessary and filling out incident reports
- Attend and participate in Team Safety Meetings
- Complete all assigned training within the allocated time frame
- Representing Invisible Windows:_
- Planning with team members and arriving at job sites on time
- Professionally conduct oneself and comply with ALL site-specific requirements and safety standards
- Ensure proper uniform and attire
- Report unsafe acts and inappropriate behavior to the General Manager

**Specific Requirements**
- Valid SPRATA/IRATA Certification
- 2 years of experience with rope-access jobs (window cleaning experience is an asset)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
