**Qualifications and Abilities**:
- Must be able to work independently and accurately while on a flexible schedule.
- Proven secretarial skills with strong communication, collaborative, and organizational abilities.
- Completion of recognized degree or diploma program in office administration is required.
**Requirements**:
- A demonstrated caring for and interest in working with students.
- The ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and the public.
- The ability to use current office procedures and computer software, telephone answering skills, and the ability to work with frequent interruptions.
- Effective written communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and a pleasant manner.
- The successful applicant will be required to provide a Criminal Record Check and a completed Child Abuse Registry.
