Front Desk Agent

We are currently seeking a part time Front Desk Agent for our family owned and operated Hotel.
Responsibilities and requirements include:
- Greeting, communicating and accommodating all hotel guests with the highest customer service standard;. Guest reservations;. Review and correct all hotel transactions;. Review and correct all guestroom rates and applicable transactions;. Generate daily revenue reports.
Position requirements include:
- Must be bilingual;. Hiring position includes Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory holidays. Must be available to work from 6:00am to 12:00am. Possible fluctuation of working days and hours, and addition of working hours. High school diploma or equivalent;. Excellent communication skills;. Strong customer and guest service skills in a fast paced environment;. Experience with computers, Windows and Microsoft programs, and hotel software;. Ability to work part of a team and individually;. Good organizational and time management skills;. Previous hotel and audit experience an asset.
Work conditions and physical capabilities:
- Must be able to stand for entire scheduled shift;. Repetitive tasks;. Working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines;. Multi taskings;. Standards of accommodation available;

Pay: From $19.64 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
