YOUR CHALLENGES
- Be the primary support for all departments working with operations and transactions related to the ERP system and specific software;
- Ensure smooth operations throughout the company and act as a resource person.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as super user support for all branch employees regarding logistics and operations;
- Provide punctual transactional support for the entire branch network;
- maintain an operational watch;
- Participate in problem-solving at the system’s procedural, logístical and transactional levels;
- Coordinate the management of non-conformities;
- Manage inventory adjustments and movements;
- Occasionally, for specific files, travel to a distribution center or point of sale/service for monitoring purposes, to support process improvements, or to set up or take inventory. Evening or weekend work may be required (very rarely);
- Be involved in corporate projects;
- Keep abreast of trends;
- Participate in corporate projects.

YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS - EXPECTED OUTCOMES
- Internal and external customer satisfaction;
- Respond to requests on time;
- Operational optimization and process harmonization;
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- DEC or related studies in operations management, logistics or inventory control;
- Experience in purchasing, logistics, systems, IT;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Bilingualism (French and English).
