**Reports to**:Director of Sales & Marketing Canada

**Location**:Cambridge, Ontario warehouse/office

**Job Purpose**:Responsible for Morbern Canada customer service and inside sales functions, as well as provide administrative support as required

**Duties**:

- Perform customer service/inside sales functions and all associated administrative duties
- Answer customer inquiries and questions related to product availability and leadtimes, pricing for stocked items, product suggestions, etc..
- Perform order processing for assigned customers, review POs for accuracy (i.e. pricing, part #s)
- Create and send out invoices as required within 48 hours of product being shipped
- Manage the communication and fulfillment of back orders with internal and external customers
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding stock checks and availability
- Fulfill sample order and marketing material requests shipped from Toronto or order through our website, as well as manage and update the samples room
- Arrange any courier or regular mail send outs as required
- Collaborate with the sales team to support any customer requests or inquiries
- Participate in planning and establishing overall objectives with consideration given to existing workload, orders, stock, shipping dates, and sales forecasts
- Maintain and manage inventory levels of office supplies such as labels, printing paper etc.
- Additional duties as required

**Education**:

- Grade 12 Highschool education, Post secondary education preferred

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrates the ability to effectively organize, direct and communicate with customers, co-workers and management personnel
- 1+ years of experience in an equivalent customer service or administrative assistant role
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate our product offering to existing and potential customers
- Ability to learn and operate AS400 and additional software tools

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
