Sales Associates are the front-line experts in our store. You have a passion for all things cannabis & Vape. They can assist customers in all facets of their buying and consuming needs.

**Sales Associates**/**Budtender Responsibilities**:
1. Advise customers on suitable cannabis and/or vape products based on their needs and preferences.

2. Keep abreast of cannabis and vape product knowledge. Research the latest industry trends and understand licensed producers and their in-market representatives.

3. Educate customers on cannabis and vape products.

4. Process customers payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

5. Check customer identification, to verify customers are of legal age to purchase cannabis and vape products.

6. Ensure the store is always clean and well organized.

7. Take inventory of cannabis & vape products and ensure the sales floor is adequately stocked.

8. Receiving inventory accurately, with an ability to lift boxes and ensure all discrepancies are identified to your supervisor/ manager.

9. Conducting daily/weekly inventory counts as directed by your supervisor/ manager.

10. Maintaining a clean and professional manner at all times

11. Maintaining a clean store including, but not limited to, displays, floors, outdoor grounds etc.

12. Being on time for all shifts

14. Working with other staff in a professional manner

13. Other duties as required by your supervisor/manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cashiering experience is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer operation skills for processing transactions and managing inventory systems.
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help customers find what they need.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Cannasell Certificate
