Old Mill Toronto (OMT) Hospitality Inc., is a Toronto Landmark located at 21 Old Mill Road, conveniently a 5-minute walk from Old Mill Subway Station and we offer free employee on-site parking. **We are looking for Cooks to join our kitchen team.**

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Red Seal Certified is an asset but not required for all Cook positions
- MUST have at least 6 months of full-service restaurant or banquet experience
- MUST live in the Greater Toronto Area
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Preparing and producing proteins, seafood, sauces, soups, stocks vegetable and pastas etc.
- Preparing and organizing daily shift prospectus sheets.
- Preparing, grilling, roasting, frying, baking, braising and sautéing as required
- Preparing recipe conversions when required.
- Covering, dating and neatly storing all current and leftover products that are re-useable.
- Seasoning and cooking food according to recipes and standards.
- Weighing, measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes and standards.
Pay: $21.94-$22.44 per hour
