Come Grow with Us We are seeking a General Labourer for our Tooling Department at our Tech Center in Woodstock, ON. This position is a straight day shift (7am-3:30pm) but may require afternoon hours as needed. Competitive pay with company provided benefits. Your success is our successOur sales have grown annually at a compounded rate of 18.0% for the last eight years, tripling our business, while making us one of the largest leading Tier II automotive stamping and assembly suppliers. **The position duties will include, but are not limited to**: - Assist toolmakers as needed - Ensure product is moved to proper locations and stacked/stored safely - Wash dies - Follow visual audit inspection on parts - Assist in performing daily inspection of forklift - Suggest ideas for continuous improvement - Follow all Health and Safety regulations and maintain 5S - May be required to make deliveries, and or routine pickups - Perform other duties as assigned - Ability to work overtime is required Qualifications we are looking for include, but are not limited to: - Basic to intermediate computer skills, Shop Edge experience is an asset - Strong organizational skills - Good communication skills (read, write, and understand in English) - Proven ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team - Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Able to lift up to 25lbs, stand and walk on a continuous basis - Valid drivers licence - Experience in a tool room North American Stamping Group is a drug-free and smoke-free workplace.
