**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and glassware.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently.
- Monitor customer consumption levels and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and menu changes.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.

**Skills**
- Strong time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Proficiency with POS systems for processing orders and payments effectively.
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Cashiering experience is beneficial for managing transactions smoothly.
- Excellent customer service skills to create a positive atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings is an advantage.
- A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
