**Position**:
Apprentice - Machinist

ADESCO of North America was founded in 1988 as an engineering service company providing automotive OEM’s design, engineering and manufacturing support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operating manual machines including mill, lathe and surface grinder
- Operate CNC machine
- Reading and interpreting engineering detail blueprints
- Cutting materials and deburring
- Delivery to customers and suppliers
- Use of precision measuring instruments to check and verify components are correct to blueprint dimensions
- Cleaning the shop as required
- Perform all other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Grade 12 OSSD or equivalent
- Knowledge of various machine shop materials and equipment
- Strong mechanical and organizational skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience with blueprint reading
- CNC experience an asset

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
