Location: Downtown, Amherst, Nova Scotia

Hours: Full-time, 40 Hours Per Week

We are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to be a friendly and welcoming face for our downtown business, helping people make informed decisions about our solutions and services. (Full training given)

Your Important Role:
As our Customer Success Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our team, helping customers explore their options, while also managing essential office and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Guidance & Support:

- Be the first point of contact for walk-in visitors, phone inquiries, and online messages, offering helpful information about our solutions.

Operations & Coordination:

- Oversee appointment scheduling and communicate with team members.
- Ensure smooth office operations, including record-keeping, and organization.

Community Engagement & Outreach:

- Create and share informative social media content about our solutions.

What Skills We’re Looking For:
Strong Communication & People Skills - You enjoy helping others and providing guidance.

Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented - You can juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

Comfortable with Technology - Experience using office software, scheduling tools, and social media.

Proactive & Self-Motivated - You take initiative and problem-solve effectively.

Passion For or Previous Experience in Customer-Facing Roles - Experience in customer service, administration, or coordination is considered an asset

A Passion for Green Energy & Sustainability is a big bonus
