We are looking for a self-sufficient Photographer and Graphic Design Administrator who will assist the Branding and Marketing Department as well as Senior Buyers. The Photographer and Graphic Design Administrator has hands-on experience in Photography, Graphic Design, Website design and content management and is willing to take on a wide range tasks and responsibilities.

The Graphic Designer and Photographer will be responsible for delivering images that reflect branding for the business. A passion for interior and furniture design is an asset.

Responsibilities include but not limited to taking and editing photos, uploading to the websites, collaborating with the marketing team in developing newsletters, advertising campaigns and social media posts to propel the brand forward.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
Required skills
- In Design, Photography, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent personal communication skills with the ability to communicate well to different audiences
- Strong writing and presentation skills to formulate compelling selling stories
- Proficient in social media platforms and social media dashboards
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword search and Google Analytics
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Managing workload to meet deadlines
- Understanding and experience with online & print advertising practices and ad placements

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Photograph new products for ScanDesigns and Muse & Merchant websites
- Editing photographs for ScanDesigns and Muse & Merchant websites
- Uploading web content with the web team
- Reviewing web content on a weekly basis making sure all content is up to date
- Monitor SEO, SEM, Google & Social Media analytics KPIs, while creating regular reports for management
- Develop social media strategies and execution to engage our audience on social platforms working alongside the buyers and marketing team
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy-writing, performance analysis, and blog posts.
- Facilitate the constructions of highly converting landing pages, while monitoring and improving upon their conversion rates
- Maintain regular campaigns while also executing short-notice campaigns
- Develop and implement successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution.
- Ensure all communications are in line with brand identity, guidelines, tone and strategy.
- Provide reports that interpret information and deliver analysis, key learnings, effectiveness and opportunities to increase overall metrics and effectiveness of all campaign activities.
- Maintain awareness of current and changing market trends, consumer attitudes and opinions.
- Develop social media calendar
- Other Duties as assigned

**SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator
