**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Assist in meal preparation and ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Serve customers with a friendly attitude, taking orders and providing information about menu items.
- Help manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Adhere to all food safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or food service settings, is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Food Safe certification required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- A passion for cooking and meal preparation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and outdoor events
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
