**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. If you have a passion for food preparation and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen setting, this role is perfect for you.

**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation and assembly according to set recipes and standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Hours, Wages to be discussed at the time of the interview
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
