**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnosis and repair of broken or faulty tablets and cellular phones including iPhone, Samsung and other popular smartphones
- Disassemble component replacement including LCD’s, cameras, speakers and buttons and reassembly of the phones with the highest degree of care and skill
- Maintain and use tools and equipment properly, including software to track repair tickets and inventory
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint
- Determine the cause of the problem, expedite correct/adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution
- Explain customers of the repair services and any repair information about their device and provide quotes for the repairs
- Replace products as per company’s guidelines if not repairable
- Establish strong rapport and trust with customers
- Provide high level of technical customer service support
- Operate a cash register while processing payments for the service offered
- Assist customers over the phone and in person
- Perform opening and closing duties of the store during shift

Experience Preferred but not necessary, Training will be provided

Accepting College students for part-time/flexible schedule

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
