**Overview**
We are seeking a talented, passionate, experienced Hair Stylists to join our dynamic team. As a Hairstylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair services and expertise to our clients, ensuring they leave confident and satisfied. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise while building strong relationships with clients in a welcoming environment.

You will need to have at least 3-4 years of experience as a hairstylist.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care and styling.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience, protecting their hair investment and meet salon goals.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.
- Via the salon's educational program, maintain a current level of education in hair styling and techniques to provide the best service possible.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
- Ambitious to take your career, knowledge and skills to the next level of excellence.

**Qualifications**
- Proven 3-4 years of experience as a Hair Stylist is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide recommendations.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling products related to hair care.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain cleanliness standards in the salon.
- Passion for hair styling with a creative flair and attention to detail.
