As the Director, Content Management and Strategy, you will be responsible for designing the processes which the Navigatr Partner Relations teams use to capture and structure its content and data. This includes working with a diverse set of stakeholders including Product, Technology, Partner Relations, Marketing, and each line of business to gather requirements and use cases to guide a flexible and robust content structure. You will also be responsible for designing efficient processes to collect the data, ensuring consistency across different channels. Additionally, this role will manage other ad-hoc programs. Background experience in commercial, product, and technology functions is desired.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement processes for capturing, structuring, and utilizing content and data effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and use cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop a content structure that maximizes the value of our content and data assets.
- Design efficient processes to collect data and ensure consistency across different channels.
- Manage other ad-hoc programs related to content management and strategy.
- Serve as the bridge between multiple business operations, ensuring alignment and maximizing the impact of content and data initiatives.
- Partner with various teams to build use cases and products that leverage content and data to serve customers and drive business growth.
- Enable efficient data collection processes with suppliers through defined and operationalized processes.
- Utilize project management, process design, data structure, and data architecture skills to drive successful outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders, providing updates and insights on content management and strategy initiatives.
- Navigate complexities and ambiguities in the travel industry, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and initiative to drive impactful change.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience leading enterprise-level projects in content management and strategy.
- Strong background in process design, data structure, and data architecture.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of stakeholder management across various departments, including product, technology, partner relations, and marketing.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative to navigate complexities and drive impactful change.
- Experience in the travel industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
