**Job Duties**

Inventory Coordinator:

- Oversee day-to-day receiving, warehousing, and operations.
- Fulfilment AMZ & production process.
- Received and pick up orders with team members.
- Follow and expedite all orders, inventory, transportation and security standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor orders and arrange stockpiling of raw materials to ensure demand is met.
- Receive feedback from relevant parties, thereby adjusting to movement of goods.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and problem-solving initiatives.
- Communicate with purchasing and bookkeeper to achieve mutual satisfaction.
- Record all quality issues and provide internal error reporting.
- Work on ERP software to optimize procedures, and keep logs and records of inventory, warehouse stock, orders fulfilled, etc.
- Prepare accurate reports and paperwork for process needed.
- Record damage items and report it to bookkeeper.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
