**Cuisinier-ère de ligne - Cuisine italienne**

**Responsabilités**:

- Préparer et dresser des plats italiens (entrées, pâtes, antipasti, desserts) avec constance et précision
- Effectuer les préparations en cuisine : découpe, pesée des ingrédients, gestion des portions
- Maintenir des normes élevées de propreté, d’organisation et de sécurité alimentaire
- Connaître les ingrédients italiens, les herbes et les techniques régionales de cuisson
- Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe de cuisine et le personnel de salle pour assurer un service fluide et ponctuel, même en période de forte affluence

**Profil recherché**:

- Minimum **2 ans d’expérience** dans un poste similaire, idéalement en cuisine italienne
- Maîtrise des techniques de découpe, de préparation et de gestion de poste
- Connaissances des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
- Capacité à rester calme, organisé-e et efficace pendant les périodes de fort service
- Esprit d’équipe et bonnes compétences en communication

**Compétences clés**:

- Préparation et dressage de plats italiens
- Maîtrise du couteau et contrôle des portions
- Entretien du poste de travail et respect des normes sanitaires
- Connaissance des ingrédients et techniques culinaires italiennes régionales
- Coordination avec les équipes de cuisine et de salle

**Line Cook - Italian Cuisine**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and plate Italian entrees, pastas, antipasti, and desserts with consistency and attention to detail
- Execute prep work including ingredient measuring, knife work, and portion control
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety at all times
- Maintain familiarity with Italian ingredients, herbs, and regional cooking techniques
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and timely service during peak hours

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar kitchen role, preferably with an Italian cuisine focus
- Proficiency in knife skills, prep work, and station organization
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during high-volume service
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Available to work days-evenings-weekends

- Knowledge of regional Italian ingredients and techniques
