Ground Support Division, Sandvik Mining & Rock Solutions Saskatoon is currently looking for an organized and detailed-oriented team player to join the shipping and receiving team. This individual will be mainly responsible for coordinating the receipt and shipment of all finished products and raw materials, including producing and processing of all necessary paperwork associated with these processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for picking orders, packaging of product to be shipped
- Responsible for ensuring orders are shipped as planned by the Production Planner
- Assists with receiving of incoming products and materials.
- Assists with completion of incoming inspection, confirmation of certificate of conformance and reconciliation of receiving / purchase documentation.
- Assists with notification and/or delivery of incoming product to end user.
- Requires completion of daily receiving entries in computer system.
- Required maintenance and cleaning of inventory area.
- Monthly inventory cycle counting and reporting.
- Actively participates in annual Physical Counts of inventory
- Ensures all Raw and Finished Material is tag and identified correctly
- Ensures Finished Goods are removed from production and properly stored
- Assists with picking orders, packaging of product to be shipped.
- Assists with receiving incoming products and materials
- General housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the dock and inventory areas.
- Ensures inventory is moved using FIFO where needed.
- Ensure inventory is stored in Pallet rack in a safe manner
- Performs verification of outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy of shipments to the customer.
- Ensure proper inventory storage to maintain integrity of all inventory items
- Documentation distribution

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Easily adaptable to working with computer and different software programs.
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects
- Ability to work independently and work with little supervision
- Strong organizational skills and follow through on commitments and deadlines
- Takes pride in attention to detail and accuracy

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1 to 5 years’ experience working in shipping and receiving

EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
