**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Develop work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain operational efficiency.

**Skills**
- Proficient in various cleaning techniques and procedures, including industrial cleaning methods.
- Previous hotel experience preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Custodial experience is an asset, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about maintaining a clean environment while providing outstanding service in a hospitality setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
