**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Photo Studio Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their photography needs. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain an organized workspace will contribute to the overall success of our photo department.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries related to photography services and products.
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and engagement.
- Utilize strong sales techniques to promote photography packages and upsell additional services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is clean and ready for use.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with photography equipment or services is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with customers effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in product demos or sales is advantageous, helping to drive customer interest and purchases.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
